Why your gift is important – The Education Foundation provides private funding directly for creative and innovative programs that enhance the learning experience and encourage staff excellence. Your gift helps to ensure that Aransas County ISD students will graduate with the quality career and academic tools necessary to become productive citizens.

The Foundation is a 501 ( c) (3) tax exempt organization supported by committed donors. Your contributions are tax deductible. During the first six years, T he Education Foundation; through private donations and organized events, has been able to give more than $350,000 in both grants and scholarships to Aransas County ISD teachers and students.

Our annual Educational Excellence Drive is our main fund drive for the year, this drive allows us to fulfill our mission—funding our grants and scholarships. All annual Educational Excellence Drive donors through 2008 become a Founder of our “Friends of the Foundation”.

The Education Foundation as has also embarked on an endowment initiative to support and sustain The Education Foundation forever. We have set a goal to raise $1 million dollars for the Educational Excellence Endowment Fund this year and need your support!
